He co-founded SCPT, as Chief Executive Officer (Public Relations and Office Management), in October 2001.
Having completed his University Degree of 3 years in Hong Kong with majors in Philosophy, Psychology and Sociology, he has worked for 14 years at the Macau Finance Department and subsequently for around 12 years at another prominent Macau law firm as Public Relations and Chief of Personnel, before helping establish SCPT in October 2001.
Fluent in Chinese, Portuguese and English, he is with SCPT since the very beginning as Chief Executive Officer (Public Relations and Office Management).
He was also the delegate-director of Galaxy Casino Co. Ltd., one of the three Macau casino gaming concessionaires, for 8 years.
