Since its establishment SCPT has been dealing, in and out of Court, with a considerable amount of family and inheritance cases, namely providing assistance in respect of civil and property documentation and registration, marriage procedures and pre and post nuptial agreements, divorces with the registry and with the Court, alimony, division and parental agreements, notary deeds of entitlement of inheritors, Court inheritance cases (from simple to extremely complex) and related disputes, wills and all subsequent procedures and registrations.
