SCPT has advised and represented in Court several real estate entities and casino gaming concessionaires in a considerable number of high-profile cases, transactions and litigations on real estate in Macau, including in one of the first land lease concessions for the development of a resort-hotel-casino after the end of STDM’s monopoly.
In addition, our firm has a considerably strong notary practice which addresses all type of notary acts required by property transactions, the vast majority of which relates to sale and purchase of properties and banking facilities with mortgage and/or other collateral.
