Since its establishment, the firm has given priority to the implementation of strict procedures regarding its notary practice, namely in the preparation, verification, execution, registration and archive of notary public deeds, instruments and other acts, to comply both with the applicable Macau notary laws and regulations and with the firm’s internal policies aiming for a highly reliable legal security and certainty of all its notary practice.

Such notary practice grew substantially over the years, having SCPT’s private notaries executed thousands of notary public deeds, the vast majority of which relates to sale and purchase of properties and/or banking facilities with mortgage or other collateral.
